Mission Overview

Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction site operations and logistics.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and supply chain partners.
- Enforce rigorous HSE protocols on site.
- Report progress and blockers to the central project management office.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and operational bottlenecks.
Technical Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 5+ years of on-site management experience.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with large-scale coastal or infrastructure projects.
